Where is Strawberry Storage Located?

What are the office hours?

Mon-Fri: 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9am – 1 pm
Closed Sunday 

When am I able to visit my unit?

Access hours to facility are 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.

How do I get started?

It’s super easy! Call, text or visit our facility. Make sure to have a government-issued ID and a form of payment. We’ll fill out a contract and be set up with a space in no time.

Do you require a security deposit?

No. However we charge a one-time 10.00 administrative fee.

Do you offer temperature controlled units?

Yes! We sure do. These units are brand new and are the perfect option if you intend on storing items such as furniture, electronics, art, musical instruments, documents, clothing and bedding. Anything valuable such as family heirlooms will be safe in one of these units as well.

How do I prepare my furniture for storage?

Disassemble if necessary. Always protect your furniture with covers and consider what items you plan to remove first so that you can organize your unit accordingly. This will prevent damage as you move items in and out.

What types of leases are offered?

We offer month-to-month leases, so you don’t have to concern yourself with long-term contracts or commitments.

Do you offer truck rentals?

Yes, we have Penske rentals to help make your move much easier. If you need a mover, give us a call and we’ll recommend a local reliable mover.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

What supplies do you offer?

We have disc locks, moving boxes of all sizes/types, tape, bubble wrap, protective covers for mattresses and sofas and other moving supplies for sale in our office. Everything is available at a fair price.

How do I get inside of the facility?

All tenants will be given a gate access code. If you ever forget your code we are able to retrieve it using our computer software and we’ll also need your driver’s license to confirm your identity. We can also change your code if necessary.

How do I go about vacating my unit?

It would be helpful to give us a few days notice. Once your unit is vacated and cleaned please text us a picture. 

Are my belongings insured?

No, but we do offer a storage insurance program which includes coverage in case of:

  • fire or lightening; windstorm or hail
  • weight of ice, snow sleet; or collapse of building
  • smoke or water damage, except for flood
  • vandalism, malicious mischief, or burglary

    How do I calculate how much storage space I need?

    One of our storage experts will be able to help you figure this out. It would be helpful if you have a list of the items that you plan to store. We can help you figure out how to pack and organize your unit as well. You may also check out our size guide here.

    What forms of payment are accepted?

    Preferred payment form is ACH. Other accepted payment forms: Check, Cash (no change on site) Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Credit card processing fees will apply.
